Florissant is one of the oldest incorporated towns in Missouri, but the roofs that matter here mostly date from a single enormous postwar build-out. The neighborhoods across 63031, 63033 and 63034 filled with ranches, split-levels and modest two-stories through the 1950s and 1960s, put up quickly for a growing north county population.
