Common Kirkwood Roof Questions
Do you really offer roof repair in Kirkwood?
Yes. Kirkwood is inside our core central St. Louis County service area, and we are regularly here for repairs, emergency tarping, storm claims, and full roof replacements. Call (314) 429-6000; a real dispatcher picks up and can usually schedule your free inspection within the week.
Is the roof inspection in Kirkwood really free?
Yes. Inspections and written estimates in Kirkwood are free with no obligation. First step is a technician on the roof with a camera, then a clear explanation of exactly what your roof needs.
What warranty comes with roof work in Kirkwood?
Qualifying Kirkwood work carries a lifetime workmanship warranty on our installation, plus manufacturer coverage on materials. Our Owens Corning Platinum Preferred designation reflects how our crews install a roof — it is earned on workmanship, not sold as an add-on.
Should I repair or replace my roof in Kirkwood?
It depends on what our technician finds on your Kirkwood roof. Contained damage on a roof with life left is a repair. Widespread damage across slopes, brittle granule-shedding shingles, or a roof beyond roughly 20 years usually means it is time to replace. We show you the photos behind the recommendation.
