Ponding is usually a drainage or deck deflection issue rather than a membrane defect, and it is worth fixing because standing water adds structural load and shortens membrane life. Solutions range from clearing and repairing drains to adding drains or tapered insulation to move water. We tell you which applies to your low spots.
